Sources

For local process and weather context, we prefer city and regional building departments, state consumer agencies and the National Weather Service. For general roofing decision support, we use established industry and government resources. Local rules can change; always confirm the current requirement for the exact address and scope with the authority that applies.

What we avoid

We do not publish invented customer reviews, local project photos, contractor credentials, fixed roof prices, guaranteed response times or claims that a storm damaged a particular property. A photo used for design is an illustration unless clearly identified as a real project.
